VILLA P - LA CROIX-VALMER
P - La Croix-Valmer est l'étude et la réalisation d'un projet de rénovation, extension, et jardin d'une propriété sur les hauteurs de La Croix-Valmer.
Les contraintes de ce projet sont le désir d'espaces supplémentaires du client face aux limites structurelles et administratives d'extensions, ainsi que l'adaptation à un milieu marin balayé par le vent, le sel et le soleil.
Le concept est inspiré du design minimal contemporain & méditérranéen : dominance de blancs, maximisation de l'apport de lumière naturelle, et accès de chaque pièce vers le Jardin Sud avec vue mer.
P - La Croix-Valmer is the study and the realisation of a project of renovation, extension, and garden of a property located on La Croix Valmer hills (French Riviera).
The constraints of this project are the client legitimate expectation of additionnal space quit difficult to achieve according to some structural and administrative limits, and the adaptation to a marine environment subject to salt, wind, humidity, and sun assaults.
The Design Concept is inspired by minimal & contemporary mediterranean design : Dominance of white, natural light optimization, and access to the South Garden for all rooms with seaview.
