HOTEL HALL T - WYNYARD
T - Wynyard est l'étude et la réalisation de la rénovation à faible budget du hall d'entrée de l'hotel d'une grande chaine à Sydney (Etat de New South Wales, Australie).
Les contraintes de ce projet sont le faible budget alloué à la rénovation, le choix des matériaux adaptés à une utilisation commerciale, et l'adaptation à l'état des lieux dans le but de minimiser le phase de démolition.
Le concept intérieur est inspiré du voyage, de la jeunesse, et de l'aspect cosmopolite de Sydney.
T - Wynyard is the study and the realisation of a low budget foyer renovation of a hotel based in the center of Sydney (NSW, Australia).
The main constraints of this project is the low budget, the imposed choices of finishes & furniture suitable for commercial area, and adaptation to the existing conditions to minimize the demolition phase.
The Interior Design Concept is inspired by travels, and by young & cosmopolitan aspect of Sydney.
